Full‑Time Warehouse & Counter Sales Associate at QC Supply in Washington, IA will master inventory, ensuring every order is accurate and ready for shipment while providing excellent customer service.

• Verify inbound product and enter receipt information into the inventory management system.
• Stage and put away inbound materials into the warehouse bin locations using the system.
• Accurately pick, pack, and ship products to customers, QC sites, and vendor partners.
• Assist in transferring and stocking the QC Supply retail space on site.
• Perform inventory management tasks, including shelving, cycle counts, and physical inventories.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels to ensure all stock is available.
• Support customers in‑store and over the phone, answering inquiries and promoting products.
• Operate office equipment, handle payment transactions, and use computer operating systems efficiently.
• Carry out general housekeeping and sanitation of warehouse and retail work spaces.
• Perform other daily tasks as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and understand basic English.
• Familiarity with inventory control concepts and warehouse operations.
• Experience with forklift operation (stand‑up or sit‑down) highly preferred.
• Good computer, organizational, and written communication skills.
• Previous customer service experience strongly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and portable technology used in warehouses.
• Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time‑management abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a company vehicle when needed.
• Physical stamina to stand or walk for a significant portion of the day and lift up to 50 pounds.

The job requires regular standing, walking, sitting, using hands to finger and handle, reaching with hands and arms, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and talking or hearing. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally is required.
