Warehouse & Counter Sales Associate (part-time

QC Supply is hiring a Part-Time Warehouse & Counter Sales Associate in Washington, Iowa
. This dynamic role blends customer service, parts sales, and warehouse duties. You'll assist walk-in customers, manage showroom inventory, and fulfill orders. This first-shift position is scheduled Monday through Friday for 30+ hours per week, with flexible hours such as 8am-2pm, 9am-3pm, or 10am-4pm.

Founded in a garage in Schuyler, Nebraska in 1982, QC Supply has grown into a nationwide eCommerce platform and distributor supporting the future of farming. Our Washington, Iowa location serves the farm, swine, and poultry industries, but we've never lost our small-town, community-first roots.

• Inventory Work:
  Receive, check, and stock new items.
• Order Prep:
  Pack and get orders ready to ship out safely.
• Counter Sales:
  Help walk-in buyers and sell equipment parts.
• Phone Help:
  Answer calls and share product deals.
• Cleaning:
  Keep the work areas neat and safe.

• Lifting:
  Lift up to 50 pounds by yourself and stand all day.

  Check incoming boxes and type them into the computer system.
• Put-Away:
  Put items in their correct spots on shelves or bins.
• Fulfillment:
  Pick, pack, and get orders ready to be sent out.

  Count stock often to make sure numbers match and items do not run out.

  Keep all work areas clean and safe.

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years of warehouse work
• Basic inventory knowledge.

• Valid driver's license
• Current forklift license (sit-down and stand-up) [will train for this]

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted

• Shift: First shift, with schedule flexibility between 8am-4pm
