Warehouse & Counter Sales Associate; part-time

QC Supply is seeking a Part-Time Warehouse & Counter Sales Associate for our Washington, Iowa location. In this hands-on role, you’ll provide customer service, assist with parts sales, manage inventory, and prepare orders for shipment. This is a first-shift position, Monday through Friday, averaging 30+ hours per week, with flexible scheduling options between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

As a Warehouse & Counter Sales Associate, you’ll support daily operations at our Washington, Iowa branch by maintaining inventory, assisting customers in person and over the phone, and helping connect producers with the products they need.

• Inventory Support: Receive, inspect, and stock incoming products.
• Order Preparation: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for safe shipment.
• Counter Sales: Assist walk-in customers and support equipment parts sales.
• Phone Support: Answer customer calls, provide product information, and share current promotions.
• Work Area Upkeep: Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse and counter areas.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently and stand for extended periods.

• Receiving: Inspect incoming shipments and enter items accurately into the computer system.

• Technology Operations: Use the cash register, computer system, and standard office tools to support daily operations.
• Team Support: Assist coworkers and complete additional tasks as needed.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of warehouse experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of inventory processes and procedures.

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Forklift certification preferred; training is available if needed.
• Basic computer and scanner skills.
