NACBA seeks a Tribal Attorney to provide legal advice to the Nooksack Tribal Council and its departments. The attorney will represent the tribe in Tribal, State, and Federal courts, draft constitutions and policies, and conduct legal research and writing.
Required Juris Doctor, bar admission in good standing, and at least 3 years' experience in areas such as criminal law, tribal law, or business law. Willingness to work across cultural environments is essential.
