Director, Bothell Supply Chain Lead
Location:
Bothell, WA, USA. Salary range: $201,350 – $243,986. This full‑time position reports to the Site Head.
- Lead the Supply Chain & Logistics team, managing warehouse operations, production planning, material management, and ERP systems.
- Ensure material availability to meet patient schedules, proactively manage risks, and maintain on‑time, in‑full delivery.
- Support network capacity planning and align site capabilities with clinical and commercial readiness.
- Hire, mentor, and develop exceptional people and foster a culture of teamwork and communication.
- Champion continuous improvement, safety‑focused culture, and cross‑functional relationships.
- Represent the site in global forums to shape policy and influence strategic supply chain decisions.
- 12+ years in operations, supply chain, manufacturing, science, or technology with senior management experience.
- 5+ years in a senior management role and 5+ years in a Supply Chain organization with production planning, materials procurement, and SAP/ERP systems experience.
- Intermediate knowledge of cGMP regulations and cross‑functional network experience.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred), supply planning methodologies, materials management, and GMP compliance.
- Demonstrated record of driving continuous improvement and fostering an operational excellence culture.
- Proven leadership ability to make difficult decisions and influence team members in a matrixed environment.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to present data and analyses in an organized, clear, and concise manner.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and supply planning methodologies.
- Ability to lead direct reports and cross‑functional teams with situational leadership skills and coaching.
- Financial management exposure and strong business acumen.
- Direct experience with S&OP and S&OE processes and materials requirements planning.
Starting compensation range: $201,350 – $243,986. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities may be available based on eligibility.
