Salary $80,000 - $120,000 per year

• Partner with internal teams to align purchasing and material availability with production and business needs
• Plan and execute cost-effective purchasing activities to support uninterrupted manufacturing
• Proactively track material availability, identify risks, and communicate mitigation plans
• Issue and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in specifications, pricing, and delivery
• Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers based on cost, quality, delivery, capacity, and performance
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and support negotiation efforts as needed
• Analyze material availability, lead times, and cost trends to support planning decisions
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as inventory strategies, forecasting, Kanban, and alternate sourcing
• Maintain and improve procurement and material planning processes and SOPs
• Ensure effective use of ERP/MRP systems for planning, purchasing, and reporting
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve shortages, quality issues, and support on-time delivery
