What

You Will Be Doing

The Fulfillment Specialist at the Central Fulfillment Center works in a closed‑door, fast‑paced pharmacy production line. Responsibilities include processing and shipping prescription orders, receiving inventory, scanning, sorting, manifesting, and shipping using automated equipment. The Specialist ensures order accuracy, maintains workflow efficiency, and supports team goals.

The position is based in Ridgefield, WA. It requires a typical 40‑hour workweek with occasional overtime. Shift options: 1st shift (6:30 AM‑3:00 PM) or 2nd shift (2:30 PM‑11:00 PM). The workweek is Sunday‑Thursday.

Main Responsibilities
  • Follow and promote pharmacy safety, security procedures, and company processes.
  • Assist with preparation of intra‑facility transfers for delivery to stores.
  • Maintain automated production lines; inspect, prepare packages, sort, and apply manifest information to orders.
  • Organize totes on pallets for shipment; coordinate with transportation partners.
  • Assist with pharmacy system and technologies for packaging and shipping; report technical issues.
  • Monitor and maintain uptime of automated counting, collating, packaging, and sorting devices, performing basic troubleshooting.
  • Replenish supplies and clean workstations as needed.
  • Create and maintain requested documentation.
  • Assist Inventory Technicians; participate in inventory audits.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in compliance with laws and regulations.

    • Option 3:
      Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday (8:00 AM‑4:30 PM)
Qualifications
  • Required
    :
    Pharmacy Assistant License in Washington;
    High School Diploma/GED and at least 2 years of experience in a retail or fulfillment center; ability to preserve confidentiality of patient information.
  • Preferred
    :
    Experience with inventory management systems, scanning equipment, conveyor lines, or robotic systems.
  • Technical Experience
    :
    Central Fulfillment Pharmacy experience; preference for closed‑door environment; good computer and math skills.
Physical Requirements
  • Stand/walk at least 8 hours.
  • Perform tasks that include pushing, pulling, grasping, bending, stooping, rotating, reaching, and lifting/carrying up to 40 pounds.
  • Visual focus such as counting or observing consistently.
  • Perform repetitive tasks up to 100% of the time.
