Delivery Driver

Responsibilities

Deliver orders to designated locations on time while maintaining punctuality and honesty. Read basic road maps, check order quality and accuracy, provide courteous customer service, maintain vehicle condition before and after each shift, aid food preparation, take orders and collect payments, perform cleaning duties, and rotate commissary deliveries. Work conditions may include outdoor environments, varying temperatures, noise, moving mechanical parts, sharp tools, fumes, odors, dust or toxic chemicals, and physically demanding tasks such as repetitive hand use, prolonged standing, bending, twisting, reaching, crouching, stooping or kneeling.

• Providing quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in person or by phone
• Food preparation and packaging
• Taking orders and collecting payments
• Cleaning and maintenance of the store and its equipment
• Rotating commissary deliveries

• Have a sense of urgency in all aspects of the job
• Be customer focused with strong initiative
• Have cash management skills
• Be 18 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver's license and at least two years of licensed driving experience in the state of employment
• Maintain an acceptable motor vehicle report with no more than two moving violations and one accident in the last year – any DUI or speeding ticket over 24mph will disqualify the applicant
• Be insured and have a satisfactory vehicle
• Be able to work long hours, scheduled or unscheduled, including nights, weekends, and emergencies
• Be willing to learn and be comfortable with cross‑training for other workstation duties with reasonable accommodation if needed

Pay Range: $17.13 – $17.60 per hour. Mileage reimbursement at $0.43 per mile, as well as reimbursement for data usage and tips.
