• Own long-term topology execution with the goal of delivering promised capacity on time while optimizing for CAPEX commitment.
• Build plan management (POR) for US and Canada.
• Analyze ad-hoc scenarios and contribute to improving tech portfolio (LMTO model, SAAT tool, SPR generation, CTO tool, etc.).
• Work with multiple stakeholders across various supply chain functions such as real estate, launch planning, engineering, pre‑construction, finance, and LRP/S&OP planning.
• Develop and implement ideas to drive continuous improvement by simplifying processes, creating additional value, and driving automation.
• Identify opportunities and influence organizations to gain support and overcome resistance with data and persuasion.
• Communicate expectations and requirements effectively with business and technology teams.
• Write well‑reasoned and data‑driven proposals.
• Perform data analysis and utilize problem‑solving skills to work through difficult challenges.

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end‑to‑end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

• 2+ years of driving process improvements experience.
• Master’s degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field.

The base salary range for this position is listed above. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
