Supply Chain Manager, Supply Chain Execution

Overview

Supply Chain Manager within Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) responsible for owning supply chain planning for Amazon’s fulfillment business. You will have a holistic view of supply and demand within the Amazon fulfillment network and contribute to large-scale strategic initiatives in inventory optimization, transportation cost, labor capacity management, and more. This role blends short-term execution with long-term strategic planning, requiring data-driven decisions and stakeholder collaboration in a dynamic environment.

• Demonstrate strong customer focus.
• Make sound business judgments to drive tactical and strategic improvements.
• Own programmatic execution at both detailed and strategic levels.
• Identify, prioritize, and implement processes to eliminate defects in the supply chain.
• Create, develop, and drive solutions that improve end-to-end customer experience.
• Execute thorough root cause analyses and deliver results.
• Operate effectively in and influence cross-functional environments.
• Mine data using SQL/Python to influence key business decisions.

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

• 2+ years of driving process improvements experience.
• Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, organizational development, instructional design, or related field.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
