Sunday – Thursday, 8am – 5pm

Job Responsibilities
  • Schedules and performs routine preventative maintenance on all appropriate equipment and tools as directed by Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
  • Diagnoses and performs minor or routine maintenance and repairs within homes and throughout the property.
  • Inspects and helps coordinate all needed make‑ready repairs and services.
  • Assists in keeping grounds neat and free of litter.
  • Performs any additional duties assigned by Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
  • Contributes to a positive team environment and happy resident base.
Qualifications
  • Prior maintenance experience in property management strongly preferred, but not required
  • Proficient in unit turns and appliance repair is a plus
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong team player
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative on tasks and projects
  • Weekends/listed schedule days are required
  • Supplies their own tools

Physical Requirements
  • This position requires the ability to stand and walk or sit alternatively depending on the specific needs of the day. Estimated 60% – 100% of time is spent on feet.
  • Occasional need to type, write, & grasp (working at a computer and answering phones)
  • Estimated 60% – 100% need to bend/stoop/squat, climb stairs, push or pull, and reach above shoulder
  • Ability to lift/move/push/pull up to 150 lbs on occasion with a frequent need to lift/push/pull 25 lbs – 75 lbs and be on your feet a majority of the day
