What you will do:

• Perform emergency board up, water extraction, water damage mitigation and mold remediation.
• Assist in demolition and prepare areas/rooms for work activities and equipment.
• Execute fire damage mitigation services efficiently and safely.
• Perform heavy cleaning duties including cleaning floors, washing walls and glass, and removing debris.
• Interface compassionately with clients and relay information to the Lead/Project Manager/Superintendent.
• Assist with functions outside of mitigation (picking up and delivering materials, performing Matterport scans, etc.) depending on job volume.

What you will bring:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of experience in restoration required.
• Carpet cleaning experience a plus!
• Ability to perform in this physically demanding position where you will lift equipment weighing 100+ lbs.
• Must be able to work on ladders and tall areas, in confined and tight areas, as well as perform in extreme heat, humidity, and cold weather.
• IICRC Water Certification preferred; additional certifications such as Fire, Mold, etc. a plus!
