** position summary:
** maintain exceptional cleanliness of property by performing daily, weekly and monthly deep cleaning tasks.
** primary duties and responsibilities:
*** promotes superior guest service.
* maintains, and perpetuates a positive organizational culture according to the principles of the spirit of tâlícn and the core values of ilani.
* responsible for deep cleaning tasks, including but not limited to, buffing, stripping, waxing and scrubbing floors.
* responsible for operating high lift equipment for ceiling dusting.
* sweep, mop, dust and vacuum all areas of the facility including special cleaning required by management.
* removal and recycling of trash.
* maintain floor cleanliness.
* communicate inventory supply status to management.
* maintains and perpetuates a positive organizational culture
* maintains confidentiality of sensitive information
* other duties as assigned
** minimum qualifications:
*** high school diploma / ged; recognized equivalent of a high school diploma (red) or foreign high school diploma (fhd).
* must possess excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment.
* must possess excellent communications skills.
* must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours.
* must be able to efficiently operate all ride on floor equipment, including buffers and scrubbers as well as high lift equipment.
* must be able to lift up to 75lbs.
* must be willing to work in a smoking environment.
