Located in beautiful Ridgefield, Washington, our facility provides evidence-based care in a supportive, peaceful setting complete with wellness-focused amenities including fitness facilities, walking trails, yoga, recreational spaces, and more. Every member of our team plays an important role in helping patients heal — including our housekeeping staff.

As a Housekeeper, you will help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our patients, staff, and visitors. Your work directly contributes to the healing experience of individuals receiving treatment and recovery support.

This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys staying active, and values teamwork and professionalism.

• Clean and sanitize assigned areas following established schedules and healthcare standards
• Maintain and refinish hard surface flooring to a clean, polished appearance
• Shampoo carpets and remove stains as needed
• Maintain linen inventory and assist with special event setup
• Operate commercial cleaning equipment and tools safely and effectively
• Identify and report maintenance or repair needs
• Assist with emergency spill cleanup when necessary
• Move and arrange furniture as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate positively with coworkers and leadership
• Adapt to changing priorities and daily needs within the facility

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
