Day Porter

The day porter should work independently, seek opportunities to increase safety and cleanliness on customer sites, offer help, and provide suggestions for improvement.

Job Duties:

Remove debris from all landscaping beds and parking areas

Change and clean garbage can lid and liners

Clean bathrooms or vacant units as required by the property manager

Change cigarette urns

Help with site reviews

Perform miscellaneous work orders

Complete illegal dump pickups as needed

Complete graffiti removal as needed

Complete all other requests made by the supervisor or management.

Driving – Must have a clean driving record and valid WA State Driver’s License.

Language
- The ability to read and interpret documents and use a handheld smartphone data device that provides information such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals in English.

Dependability
- Arrives to work consistently and on time, ensures work responsibilities are covered when absent, arrives at meetings and appointments on time, completes tasks on time, or notifies a supervisor with an alternate plan.
