Key Responsibilities- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for Kathmandu and surrounding territories.
- Expand distributor and retail networks to strengthen market coverage.
- Monitor payments, outstanding dues, and ensure timely collections.
- Execute merchandising, visibility, and promotional activities.
- Collect and report market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and consumer trends.
- Support product planning and feasibility studies with field insights.
- Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports.
- Education:
Bachelor’s in Management, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred). - Experience:
- Minimum 3–5 years in FMCG sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
- Prior exposure to hygiene, soap, detergent, or chemical product categories preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Analytical ability for sales tracking and reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Other:
- Age: 28–40 years.
- Willingness to travel within Kathmandu Valley and nearby regions.
