You will lead an interdisciplinary team responsible for all facilities operations, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, cranes, cryogenics, and safety systems, ensuring zero unplanned interruptions for SpaceX staff and customers.
You will drive performance through coaching, manage vendors, plan site improvements, and implement TPM/RCM-based maintenance programs, with 24/7 on-call coverage
