Location: Leavenworth
Vail Resorts in Leavenworth, WA seeks a Lead Lift Experience – Team Lead to manage daily lift operations and lead the Lift Experience Team. You will schedule staff, oversee lift opening/closing procedures, and ensure a safe, courteous guest experience from entry to lift unloading.
The role requires 1–2 years of lift or mountain operations experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and the ability to work outdoors in varied weather with up to 40 lbs. Fluent English is essential.
