Provide administrative support to the Senior Manager of Ski Patrol, Assistant Managers, Avalanche Forecasters, and Patrollers;
Manage employee onboarding processes, including orientation, paperwork, and training;
Manage payroll and timekeeping entry and auditing ensuring timely corrections;
Assist with scheduling, onboarding and offboarding, and budgeting;
Oversee Mountain Dispatch operations and support daily Mountain Operations as needed
