Duties
You will provide leadership, manage and oversee the strategic planning process, including development of the Department's strategic, infrastructure, and business plans.
You will coordinate with the department technology officer ensuring investment programs are aligned with the Department's mission, vision and principles.
You will collaborate with the Undersea Weapons Program Office, NAVSEA headquarters, Warfare Centers and across Naval Undersea Warfare Center Keyport providing input and content toward the Undersea Weapons Strategic Plan for the NAVSEA Enterprise.
You will manage and oversee the strategic development and assessment of the Department's performance management processes, including health and metrics to ensure workforce shaping, organizational infrastructure, and resource health are aligned.
