Assistant Operations Manager Exterior

The Assistant Operations Manager works alongside the General Manager and Operations Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team while ensuring an exceptional customer experience and strong day-to-day operations.

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on team development, customer service, safety, and operational excellence.

What You’ll DoLead by example and uphold The Metro Way.

Coach, mentor, and develop Customer Service Representatives and supervisors.

Help create a motivated, high-performing team.

Partner with Training to support employee development.

Assist with scheduling and labor management.

Help maintain facility, equipment, and property standards.

Serve as the Site Safety Officer and promote a safe work environment.

Support customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Open and close the location according to Metro standards.

Work Environment &

Physical Requirements This role is based at a car wash location and includes both indoor and outdoor work. You’ll regularly stand, walk, bend, pivot, lift, reach, and use your hands throughout the day.
