The Regional Business Director, Oncology (West Region), leads and develops a team of District Managers and Sales Specialists, overseeing the RYBREVANT franchise across Lung and Head & Neck cancers.
ObjectivesDriving compliant sales growth, executing regional strategies, and ensuring disease-specific expertise.
ResponsibilitiesTeam leadership and mentoring, strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and access teams, and establishing strong customer relationships.
The role requires setting account goals, monitoring performance metrics, and aligning internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree
- at least 10 years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in cross-functional commercial roles within biotech, pharma, or healthcare
- prior management experience
- willingness to travel up to 50%
- Oncology expertise (particularly lung and head & neck cancers)
- Experience in sales or franchise management
- Familiarity with emerging technologies like AI
- Focus on oncology, specifically Lung and Head & Neck cancers
- Franchise leadership
- Multi-state geographic scope within the Western US
- A role embedded in a top pharmaceutical company
Field-based, with significant travel; location flexibility within the region.
