Responsibilities- Work in a modern production space with cutting edge equipment and amenities
- Set up molds, assemble rebar cages, pour and finish concrete, maintaining a safe environment
- Operate a range of hand and power tools, and measuring devices
- Operate mobile equipment and cranes
- Work around suspended loads and high-tension strand
- Access scaffold and other elevated work platforms
- Take on general laborer duties and special projects as needed

Position is considered Safety Sensitive:
Work is performed in an industrial environment with large equipment and suspended loads.

This is a full-time hourly role with a pay range of $22.51-$31.02/hour plus excellent benefits.
Minimum Qualifications- Ability to communicate effectively with team members
- Previous construction or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read and understand a tape measure
- Knowledge and ability to operate basic tools
- Ability to understand and apply basic math skills
- Lifting may be required with assistance provided if needed
- Frequent standing, climbing, and reaching are required
