Description

SUMMARY: Receives and stores product in warehouse. Pulls product from Apprise wireless RF modules.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

• Operates forklift
• Warehouses product
• Unloads containers
• Performs cycle counts
• Receives and logs all incoming product
• Performs bin validation checks
• General clean up of warehouse and receiving dock
• Pulls orders and work orders for production
• Yearly inventory

• Education and/or
  
  Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and/or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  Skills:

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, shipping documents, and memos. Ability to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers. Be able to speak and understand simple sentences.

• Mathematical
  
  Skills:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

• Reasoning Ability:

Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out simple instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or limited variables.

• Other
  
  Skills and Abilities:

Basic computer skills and forklift certified.
