Production Associate

Job Overview

Base pay rate starts at $18.00 per hour. Shift: 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 6:00 am – 2:30 pm.

• Set up, operate, or tend running machines
• Operate saws, punches, drills, or drill press machines
• Set & glaze glass units in frames/sashes
• Assemble various parts and pieces to complete quality finished windows & or patio doors
• Apply labels, clean finished product & check for proper operation

• Operate various hand tools such as chisel, snips, drill, mallet, or tape measure
• Read work orders and production schedules to determine product or job instructions and specifications
• Transfer components, plastic products, and assemblies, using moving equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
• Must be adaptable, reliable, detail oriented, energetic & safety minded
• Must be able to work on your feet all day in a fast‑paced production environment
• Must be able to speak and read English for safety and training purposes
• Must be at least 18 years old
