Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Yard Associate / Form Prep Technician to support our operations by preparing, maintaining, and handling concrete forms. This role is responsible for ensuring materials are cleaned, repaired, and ready for customer use, while also supporting warehouse and shipping activities.

• Count and verify inbound forms against expected receipts; document and report discrepancies or damages.
• Inspect forms to determine cleaning or oiling requirements and sort accordingly.
• Safely use hand tools (e.g., hammers, chisels) to remove debris or damaged wood.
• Operate power tools such as grinders to clean and prepare forms as needed.
• Apply form oil using provided sprayers.
• Stack and organize cleaned and prepared forms by category and size.
• Pick and prepare outbound forms for transfers and customer orders.
• Assist with shipping processes, including wrapping, labeling, and generating bills of lading (BOLs).
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment through general housekeeping (sweeping, mopping, etc.).
• Repair and maintain damaged forms as directed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Commitment to using all required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Experience or ability to safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, grinders, and hand tools.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, area calculations such as length × width).
• Ability to safely handle and apply water-based form oil.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

• Industrial/yard setting with exposure to outdoor conditions.
• Physical role requiring standing, lifting, and equipment operation.
