Cannabis Grower (Entry-Level) – Urgent Hire!

Pay: $18.13 / hour

Location:

Clayton, WA (Right off I-90)

Schedule:

Consistent Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week

• Pruning cannabis plants to optimize growth
• Performing plant care, including tucking and manipulation of plants
• Sanitizing and cleaning the grow facility to maintain strict health standards
• Applying nutrients and other crucial agricultural inputs
• Setting up new grow rooms for upcoming cycles
• Harvesting cannabis plants as needed

All employees are expected to adhere to company Standards of Conduct & Discipline, and should prioritize a team-player attitude in supporting various departments and projects as requested by leadership.

• Must be 21 years of age or older (required for cannabis industry compliance)
• Reliable work ethic and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work morning shifts and weekends
• Education & Experience:
  
  High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent practical work experience
• Physical Demands:
  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and comfortably navigate stairs or elevated warehouse mezzanines throughout the shift

• Deer Park, WA:
  Less than a 10-minute drive (approx. 5 miles via US-395 N)
• Loon Lake / Springdale, WA:
  An easy 10-15 minute drive
• Spokane / North Spokane, WA: A smooth, reverse-traffic commute of about 25-30 minutes
