Manufacturing Operator I accurately preps materials or assembles parts in trays and wraps trays to specification as outlined in the job work order packet.
Responsibilities- Accurately prep materials or assemble parts in trays and wrap trays to specification as outlined in the job work order packet.
- Work in a post‑sterile environment as part of a team completing final packaging work.
- Cross‑train into the Warehouse Associate I position as needed.
- Complete daily goals with a strong attention to detail.
- Prep or box product into containers with very good attention to detail.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Must be able to observe company policies and safety procedures at all times.
- Must be able to give and welcome constructive feedback and contribute to a positive team spirit.
- Must be able to treat others with respect, work with integrity and ethically, and uphold organizational values.
- Basic computer skills are required.
- Must be proficient reading, writing, and speaking in English.
- Must demonstrate comprehension of written English by successfully completing unassisted written tests, including work instructions and standard operating procedures.
Pay Range: $16.68 – $22.12 USD per hour. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is based on job‑related skills, experience, and education or training. Base pay may be supplemented with bonus, commission, equity, or other variable compensation.
