Label Machine operator​/Specialty Line worker

Number of openings: 1 Fulltime, Year-Round

Location: A Line – Euclid Plant

Working Shift: Night Shift

Hours & Work Days: 3:45 pm – 12:30 am, Monday – Friday;
May vary depending on production.

This position will require a pre-employment drug test.

Summary: This person will primarily work as a Label Operator, PLU Operator and as a Line Worker when needed, depending on production needs.

• Must have computer skills.
• Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have knowledge of basic Math skills.
• Must be able to do highly repetitive inspection work.
• Must be detail oriented and pay attention to detail along with being able to multi-task.
• Must be flexible with working hours and have a desire to stay and work late.
• Must be able to take direction and work independently.
• Must be able to work on your feet 8 plus hours.
• Experience with reading pack schedules.
• Must have the ability to work with little or no supervision.
• Must also be able to understand running orders, fruit sizes, grades and variety.
• Must have the ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Bilingual is a plus.

• Sorting fruit by grade, color and size.
• Must have computer skills in Microsoft applications.
• Bagging, weighing and boxing fruit.
• Change rolls of PLU and change dispenser when needed.
• Work with both A and B Line to make sure they are up to date on production needs.
• Be up to date on all new changes that have been made to pack schedules.
• In charge of putting supplies away.
• Dusting and general cleaning of the machine is required.
• Analyze data for best production practices.
• Review previous day’s production activities.
• Other duties may be assigned.
