Aerotek is hiring Manufacturing Fabricators for a sheet metal company out of Moxee, WA.

What you will be doing…

• Operate and set up press brake equipment to bend and form metal components according to specifications and work instructions.
• Perform hardware insertion using Haeger equipment to assemble and secure components.
• Grind and finish metal parts to meet established quality and appearance standards.
• Operate laser cutting equipment as needed to support production schedules and workflow.
• Assemble manufactured components and finished products using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Perform shakeout operations and material handling tasks to support efficient production flow.
• Tap holes and prepare parts for assembly or additional processing, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Cross-train on and assist with other machines and production processes as business needs require.
• Inspect parts visually and dimensionally for quality and accuracy, using tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• Follow quality control and quality assurance practices to ensure products meet required standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions to complete tasks correctly and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company safety policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines when working around machinery, tools, fumes, and moving equipment.
• Demonstrate reliable attendance, a positive work ethic, and effective collaboration with team members.
• Perform repetitive tasks while standing for extended periods, including bending, reaching, and stooping as required by the job.

What you have…

• Experience in manufacturing or machine operation (preferred).
• Ability to operate and set up press brake equipment, or willingness to learn with provided training.
• Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions and production documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn multiple machines and processes.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team.
• Reliable attendance and a positive, proactive work ethic.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Moxee, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
