Shoemaker is seeking a Factory Operator to assemble and fabricate components into finished registers, grilles, or diffusers according to work orders. The role includes on‑the‑job training to ensure safety and proficiency, with a strong emphasis on quality control and teamwork.
The position is on-site at the Cle Elum, WA facility, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday–Friday. Candidates should be comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds and using a range of hand and power tools in a warehouse setting.
