Team Leader Production – Warden, WA (Full Time)
Job Description SummaryThe Team Leader Production (TLP) role develops future leaders at Lamb Weston. This supervisor position helps your production team reach target goals, manages day‑to‑day operations, and identifies areas for improvement in the manufacturing process.
Responsibilities- Manage and ensure the safety of 15–50 production team members per shift.
- Attend to production and quality goals, ensuring schedules are met.
- Drive and support continuous improvement in safety, quality, cost, and customer service.
- Own and manage business functions to create an engaged, team‑oriented work environment.
- Monitor production to maintain quality, productivity, and cost standards.
- Provide training to ensure team members perform duties safely and effectively.
- Assist with sanitation operations to promote a clean and food‑safe environment.
- Enforce plant rules, regulations, and procedures.
- Evaluate team member performance and provide guidance for improvement.
- Participate in plant and company safety programs, maintaining awareness of lock‑out/tag‑out, PPE, confined space entry, and other safety requirements.
Education: Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree, minimum 4 years of relevant industry/work experience, or supervisory/management experience. High School diploma/GED required.

Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
- Self‑motivated, able to multi‑task and lead others.
- Ability to regularly lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
Preferred:
- Flexibility with shift work (weekdays, weekends, day, swing, grave).
- Prior manufacturing experience.
- Knowledge of plant equipment and safety.
- Experience in food‑processing.
Regularly stand, walk, sit, use hands, taste, and smell. Optional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling. Must lift or move up to 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally. Vision requirements: close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
Work EnvironmentExposure to moving mechanical parts, extreme cold or heat, vibration, wet or humid conditions, high or precarious places, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, electrical shock. Noise level is moderate.
