Warehouse Associate- 1st Shift

Are you looking to join a company that values career growth, loyalty, and exceptional customer service? Tim's Cascade Snacks, a subsidiary of Utz Quality Foods, is looking for a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our dedicated team at our manufacturing facility in Algona, WA.

Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

• Prepare and complete customer orders for shipment or pickup.
• Load vendors with the correct amount of product.
• Complete applicable paperwork for each order processed.
• Load and unload trucks using a forklift or pallet jack.
• Move finished product, checking code dates to ensure product quality.
• Perform monthly inventory counts as required.
• Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping the work area orderly and following company procedures, rules, and regulations.

• Ability to operate a forklift and pallet jack safely and efficiently to load/unload products.
• Ensuring orders are filled accurately, including checking code dates on products to maintain quality standards.
• Experience with inventory counts and tracking product movement within the warehouse.
• Ability to perform basic math functions for inventory counting, order filling, and processing paperwork.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and complete them in a timely manner, especially during busy periods.
• Capability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, moving products, and standing or walking for extended periods.
• Knowledge of safety protocols to maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment.
• Work Ethic and Dependability.

$24.58/hour

Our benefit package includes medical, dental, and vision plans, life insurance, an employer match 401(k), profit sharing, and an employee stock purchase plan. During the first year of service, hired applicants will earn Paid Time Off in the form of Vacation and Flex PTO at the accrual rate of 1 hour for every 30 hours worked, earning a maximum of 40 hours of Vacation and 40 hours of Flex PTO, for a combined maximum total of 80 hours.

In addition to PTO, Utz offers 6 paid company holidays each year.

• Two years' experience in warehouse, pulling orders and moving finished product.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Ability to be an independent thinker and make good decisions.
• Good organizational, time management and attention to detail skills.
• Must be able to repetitively lift boxes weighing up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work standing and walking on concrete floors for long periods.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
