Manufacturing Fabricator
We are seeking dependable and motivated Manufacturing Technicians to join our team. This position involves operating a variety of equipment and supporting multiple areas of the manufacturing process. The primary responsibility will be operating a press brake, but employees will also assist with other production equipment and tasks based on business needs. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are mechanically inclined, enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and are willing to learn multiple processes.
Responsibilities
- Operate and set up press brake equipment to bend and form metal components.
- Perform hardware insertion using Haeger equipment.
- Grind and finish metal parts to quality standards.
- Operate laser cutting equipment as needed.
- Assemble manufactured components and finished products.
- Perform shakeout operations and material handling tasks.
- Tap holes and prepare parts for assembly or additional processing.
- Cross-train and assist with other machines and production processes as needed.
- Inspect parts for quality and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Essential Skills
- Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
- Press brake experience is a plus, but training may be provided.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn multiple machines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and positive work ethic.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Inspection and quality control skills.
- Experience with visual inspection, quality assurance.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints.
- Familiarity with calipers, micrometers, and other fabrication tools.

Work Environment
Work in a manufacturing setting with exposure to fumes, airborne particles, vibration, and moving equipment. The environment is fast-paced with noise levels ranging from moderate to high. Employees will engage in hands-on metal fabrication tasks.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Moxee, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
