Location: West Valley
Desert Tech in West Valley, WA is seeking an Assembly Team member to build rifles to our quality standards using hand tools in a warehouse environment. You will perform setups, builds, and testing per SOP, and support 5S/Lean initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
Hours:
Mon–Thu 5:00 AM–3:30 PM with overtime as needed. Desert Tech offers a four-day work week, paid holidays, vacation time, tuition reimbursement, and employee pricing while fostering a collaborative team environment.
