Production Manager
The Production Manager is responsible for leading day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring the plant achieves its safety, quality, service, productivity, and cost objectives. This role provides leadership and coaching to production supervisors and employees, and partners closely with Quality, Maintenance, Shipping/Receiving, and HR to support operational performance and customer satisfaction. The Production Manager drives equipment reliability, workforce engagement, training and development, production scheduling, and continuous improvement initiatives through Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and 5S principles.
This individual is accountable for building a high-performing team and fostering a culture of safety and operational excellence.
