Forklift Operator

Dogwood Industries is seeking a reliable Forklift Operator to support our Warehouse & Manufacturing operations. In this on-site role, you will safely move, load, and stage materials that support the production of modular industrial buildings and infrastructure solutions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to supply workstations, load and unload trucks, and keep material flow efficient and accurate. Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to move, load, and stage materials for modular building production.
• Load and unload trucks, ensuring secure and damage-free material handling.
• Support warehouse and manufacturing teams by supplying materials to workstations.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and site traffic rules.
• Maintain clean, organized staging and storage areas.
• Accurately follow work orders, labels, and load plans.
• Assist with basic inventory counts and material tracking.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production and shipping schedules.
