• Assist in the fabrication of structural or sheet metal products, lifting, positioning, and removing work pieces from machines to assist in fitting and welding.
• Follow instructions as given and prioritize duties according to projects on demand.
• Verify counts and prices on shipments.
• Load, stack, and transport stock, tools, and work in process by hand or truck.
• Clean and scrape metal preparatory to fabricating, welding, painting, or shipping, using scraping tools, abrasives, or placing in a solvent bath.
• Maintain a clean work area, including recycling cardboard and sorting scrap metals.
• Perform all duties in a safe manner and follow all safety guidelines and policies.
• Perform other duties as required.

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Previous sheet metal experience is a plus but we are willing to train the right person.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driver’s record.
• The ability to read, write, and follow precise instructions is a must.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• General laborer: able to lift at least 50 lbs. and perform repetitive motions.
• Familiar with various power tools.
• Proper use of tape measure is essential.
• Comfortable climbing tall ladders and working at elevated levels.
• Basic math skills are required.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic.
• Able to work independently or as an active member of a team.
• Good interpersonal skills and communication with co‑workers, customers, and vendors.
• Reliable, clean‑cut, prompt, and a self‑starter; regular attendance is a must.

• Wages range between $18.00 and $25.00 per hour DOE plus incentives and a bonus structure.
