HIRING IMMEDIATELY - PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE
Operate production equipment to manufacture and cut graphite or fiberglass materials according to work orders.
Use measuring tools, hand tools, and power tools to prepare, assemble, and kit materials accurately.
Follow detailed production instructions and complete quality checks throughout the manufacturing process.
Document production information and maintain accurate records to support quality standards.
Maintain a clean work area while working independently or with a team to meet production goals.
At least two years of steady work experience, preferably in manufacturing or production.
Experience with machine operation, assembly, kitting, or other production-related work.
Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with manufacturing equipment safely.
Basic math skills and ability to use measuring tools accurately.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed work instructions.
Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines and production goals.
Reliable attendance and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
This is a Contract position based out of Newport, WA.
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
