Job Description
We are seeking a Welder Fabricator to support custom metalwork and industrial equipment projects. This role will perform MIG and TIG welding, metal fabrication, structural assembly, and in-process inspection while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and equipment reliability. The position offers opportunities for progression to Senior Welder or Lead Fabricator.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints for fabrication and assembly work.
- Perform MIG and TIG welding on custom metalwork and industrial equipment.
- Fabricate and assemble structural metal components.
- Prepare materials for welding and fabrication.
- Conduct in-process weld inspections.
- Maintain welding and fabrication equipment.
- Follow workplace safety requirements and established procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in welding and fabrication.
- Welding certificate D1.1
- Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding.
- Blueprint-reading and measurement-tool skills.
- Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail.
- Commitment to workplace safety.
