Industrial Painter​/Coating Tech

Express Employment Professionals in Everett is hiring a Coating Specialist for a company in the greater Monroe/Sultan area. This is a fulltime, permanent opportunity offering full-time hours with 3-day weekends!

Day Shift: Monday - Thursday 4:00 a.m.

- 2:30 p.m.

Pay: $22.25 - $24.00 per hour plus benefits.

• Perform spray or dip painting of products to standard finishes
• Adhere to production targets and schedules
• Follow instructions, quality standards, and safety protocols
• Load/unload carts and conduct computer transactions
• Maintain work area cleanliness and assist in process improvement events
• Attend meetings, participate in inventories, and report issues

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to operate an overhead crane under supervision
• Basic math, computer, and measurement skills
• Proficiency in reading instructions, charts, and drawings
• Capable of handling small tools and equipment accurately
