Production Operator $22.25+/Hour | 4-Day Work Week | Full Benefits | Sultan, WA
Looking for full-time work with a 3-day weekend every week?
Express Employment Professionals is hiring Production Operators for a stable manufacturing company in Sultan, WA. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering competitive benefits, profit sharing, retirement matching, and long-term career growth.
No manufacturing experience? This company provides paid training and will teach you the equipment, processes, and materials used in production.
Pay- Starting at $22.25+ per hour
Schedule
- Monday-Thursday
- 5:00 AM-3:30 PM
Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week.
What You'll Do- Operate production equipment following established work instructions
- Load and unload materials using material handling equipment
- Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy
- Read work orders, part numbers, and production instructions
- Use measuring tools including tape measures, gauges, and scales
- Enter production and inventory information into the computer system
- Label, organize, and move materials throughout the facility
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Help ensure production schedules and quality standards are met
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic computer and math skills
- Ability to accurately count and track materials
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Preferred
- 6+ months of manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, construction, or industrial experience
- Experience with cranes, hoists, or material handling equipment
Experience using gauges, measuring tools, or production equipment
- Stand and walk throughout the shift
- Perform repetitive production tasks
- Lift and move materials regularly
- Work safely in a manufacturing environment
