Job Overview

This role is essential for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that support commercial and brand objectives across multiple channels. The role involves creating marketing plans that leverage paid, owned, and earned media to align with company priorities and drive business results. Success is measured by the ability to deliver marketing programs on time, within budget, and that meet performance and brand goals.

Job Responsibilities
  • Drive consistent messaging frameworks and operational procedures across the solutions messaging function
  • Design and coordinate development of solutions messaging for the TfB product portfolio
  • Support collaborations with leadership and cross‑functional teams to align messaging priorities and ensure timely execution
  • Work with analytics and marketing operations to quantify strategic objectives and evaluate marketing performance
  • Leverage data, analytics, and segmentation to identify opportunities and translate insights into product messaging
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
Education and Work Experience

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of related work experience
  • OR advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience
  • OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)

Preferred

  • 2‑4 years experience in creating compelling messaging that clearly reflects the value of products and solutions, translating technical descriptions into digestible, audience‑friendly content
  • 1‑2 years experience delivering product/solutions messaging that transforms highly technical product descriptions into digestible, easy to understand messaging
  • 1‑2 years delivering omni/multi‑channel integrated campaigns at scale and leveraging data and digital in execution (Preferred)
Preferred Knowledge,

  • Integrated & Digital Marketing – strong understanding of digital and integrated marketing channels, including sales enablement, web, paid media, social, and content performance measurement
  • Problem Solving – strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to turn findings into executable plans
  • Strategy – strategically minded, contributes to the development of a coherent overarching strategic vision for the company
  • Executive Level Presentations – extensive experience interacting with and presenting work to senior leadership, demonstrating executive maturity and leadership skills and the ability to clearly lead / guide creative across integrated teams and external partners
  • Ambiguity – demonstrate ability to work within ambiguity and be able to determine next steps without specific directions
  • Decision Making – exhibits strong decision‑making process and skills, able to support opinions and decisions in a clear and articulate manner
  • Leadership – demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and influence without direct authority to drive high‑impact outcomes
  • Social Influence – ability to grow and nurture strong cross‑functional partnership and influence peers, specifically with brand, marketing, sales, product management and web strategy leadership to ensure flawless execution and create a unified look and feel for TfB products and services
Requirements
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Required to work in one of the following locations:
    Seattle, Washington;
    Frisco, Texas;
    Herndon, Virginia;
    Overland Park, Kansas; or New York, New York (hybrid work environment, office three days per week)
  • Travel required
Compensation

Base Pay Range: $88,200 - $159,200. Corporate bonus target: 15%.
