Sr. Comms Manager, Postpaid

The Sr. Comms Manager, Postpaid will build and lead the PR strategy around T‑Mobile’s postpaid offerings. This includes building campaigns, acting as a subject‑matter expert, collaborating closely with marketing and business stakeholders, external partners and agencies, and developing and executing programs and strategic communications that drive meaningful earned media across a broad range of audiences. As a trusted advisor to business leaders, this role translates business priorities into compelling stories that advance T‑Mobile’s differentiated value and experience narrative with media.

This is a hybrid role, requiring three days a week in the office. The position may be located in Bellevue, WA.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead communications strategy and execution for T‑Mobile’s postpaid offerings, including benefits and other key differentiators.
  • Create and execute bold storytelling ideas, opportunities and earned media strategies that break through with consumer and tech media, generate buzz‑worthy coverage, and reinforce T‑Mobile's leadership position.
  • Partner closely with business, marketing, partner and brand teams to identify opportunities, leverage data and insights, align messaging, and deliver integrated campaigns that drive measurable impact.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, bringing forward bold storytelling opportunities that advance business priorities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media, partners, and key internal stakeholders.
  • Pinch‑hit on a wide variety of projects for the team and in lock‑step with our agency resources.
Education and Work Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree plus three years of related work experience, OR advanced degree with one year of related work experience, OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required).
  • Preferred areas of study include Communications, Journalism, English, PR or related field.
  • Four to seven years of experience in communications and media strategy at a PR/marketing agency or fast‑paced corporate comms/PR team.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • In‑depth knowledge of what makes news and how to manufacture coverage without hard news.
  • Ability to partner across the company and with different teams.
  • Strong writing and editing skills.
  • Experience developing and executing earned media campaigns for consumer brands, products or benefits a plus.

Base Pay Range: $88,900 - $160,400

Corporate Bonus Target: 15%
