The RoleWe are looking for an energetic, creative, and commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead our growing marketing team and help drive bookings, brand awareness, and business growth across our diverse portfolio. This is a genuine leadership opportunity for someone ready to take ownership of the department and drive a real impact across the business.
Based at our Malaga office and reporting directly to senior management, you will lead a small internal marketing team while overseeing the planning, execution, and performance of marketing initiatives across a varied portfolio of tourism and transport brands. From digital campaigns to content coordination on Rottnest Island to strategic planning in collaboration with operational managers to promote new experiences, there is always a challenge on the horizon.
Ultimately, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our incredible brands are promoted to their full potential to support the company’s growth.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a small marketing team.
- Work collaboratively with company leaders to develop and implement marketing strategies across multiple brands.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns including paid search, social media, and email marketing.
- Oversee website content, SEO, and online customer experience.
- Coordinate content creation, photography, videography, and promotional material.
- Manage agency and supplier relationships where required.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting on ROI and commercial outcomes.
- Work closely with operational teams to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Protect and strengthen the brand presence across all business units.
- Manage overall reporting including department budgets.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys being hands‑on and getting involved, while also providing leadership, training, and direction to the team. Ideally you’ll have:
- 3+ Years marketing experience across digital marketing, brand management, and campaign delivery.
- Previous experience leading and mentoring people while overseeing projects or marketing initiatives.
- A strong commercial mindset with a focus on generating bookings, revenue, and overall business growth.
- Capable of building strong relationships and engagement across all levels of the organisation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience analysing campaign performance and making data‑driven decisions.
- Tourism, hospitality or travel industry experience will be highly regarded.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to work in a fast‑paced environment.
