WHAT YOU'LL DOIn this role, you will help build a new direct-to-consumer capability that gives consumers a first taste of what’s next across our priority brands. You will launch and scale the commercial, operational, and technology foundation for DTC, including Shopify platform management, site experience, fulfillment and 3PL performance, retention, innovation testing, consumer learning, and financial performance.

You'll be a hands-on ecommerce builder who can connect strategy with execution. You will use commercial judgment, operational discipline, data, and cross-functional leadership to turn an emerging capability into a scalable, insight-driven, and financially sustainable business.

Annual Bonus Potential: 8% - Eligibility is based on the company hitting annual financial targets.

Base Salary: $105,000 - $140,000 (depending on experience)

Note:

New hires typically receive between minimum and midpoint, however, we may go slightly higher based on experience, internal equity and market.

Lead the strategy and day-to-day management of DTC and owned websites across priority brands, including product catalog management, site merchandising, consumer experience, and commercial performance.

Define and continuously refine the DTC value proposition, including assortment, pricing, bundles, exclusive offerings, subscriptions, and limited-release innovation.

Own DTC business performance, including net revenue, gross margin, contribution margin, promotional effectiveness, fulfillment costs, forecasting, and budget management.

Lead the launch and ongoing management of the Shopify platform, coordinating business requirements, testing, integrations, agency partners, launch readiness, issue resolution, and post-launch optimization.

Own the end-to-end DTC customer experience, from product discovery and checkout through fulfillment, customer support, returns, and repeat purchase.

Optimize site navigation, product pages, merchandising, checkout, and conversion through ongoing analysis, consumer insights, and structured testing.

Partner with Supply Chain and manage the day-to-day relationship with the 3PL to support inventory availability, order accuracy, on-time shipping, cost management, service-level performance, and issue resolution.

Partner with Innovation, Brand, and Insights teams to launch limited-release products, capture consumer feedback, evaluate demand signals, and translate results into recommendations for broader commercialization.

Own DTC email and SMS programs and partner with Brand, Media, and agency teams on paid media, social, influencer, and other traffic-generation initiatives.
