The Senior Partnership Manager plays a key role in bringing T‑Mobile’s most strategic, high‑visibility partnerships to life. This role is responsible for managing and growing partnerships that create meaningful value for T‑Mobile customers, our business, and our partners.
Working closely with Business Development, you’ll help shape new partner opportunities while owning the ongoing success of established relationships. You’ll serve as a primary day‑to‑day marketing contact for strategic partners, translating partnership strategies and commercial agreements into compelling go‑to‑market plans and coordinated marketing activations.
Success in this role requires strong relationship management, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead cross‑functionally. You’ll collaborate across T‑Mobile – including Business Development, Marketing, Product, PR, Operations, and Legal – to align stakeholders, solve complex business challenges, and ensure partnership commitments deliver measurable impact.
You’ll also lead and support high‑priority strategic initiatives that strengthen existing partnerships, unlock new opportunities, and contribute to the growth of current and emerging lines of business.
Responsibilities- Manage strategic partner relationships. Build trusted relationships with key partners, serving as a primary point of contact and driving the day‑to‑day execution, performance, and growth of strategic marketing partnerships.
- Turn partnership strategy into action. Translate partnership agreements, business objectives, and strategic priorities into actionable marketing and go‑to‑market plans that deliver value for T‑Mobile, our customers, and our partners.
- Lead cross‑functional execution. Drive cross‑functional efforts across T‑Mobile Business Development, Marketing, Product, PR, Operations, and Legal, and other stakeholders to align priorities, remove roadblocks, and deliver against commitments.
- Be the voice of the partner. Develop a deep understanding of each partner’s business, customers, priorities, and industry dynamics to anticipate needs, solve challenges, and identify mutually beneficial opportunities.
- Measure performance and identify growth opportunities. Track partnership performance, translate results into actionable insights, and recommend opportunities to optimize programs, deepen engagement, and expand successful partnerships.
- Shape what’s next. Partner with Business Development on new opportunities and lead high‑priority strategic initiatives that strengthen partnerships, unlock new capabilities, and support growth across existing and emerging lines of business.
- 4-7 years of experience in strategic partnerships, corporate alliances, partner marketing, business development, or a related field, with demonstrated success managing complex, high‑impact partner relationships.
- Proven cross‑functional leadership with the ability to influence stakeholders, navigate ambiguity, solve complex business challenges, and drive results without direct authority.
- Strong strategic, communication, and organizational skills
