St. Francis Borgia Catholic Church and School, Washington is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood program.

The ideal candidate will create a nurturing, faith-filled, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children, fostering their spiritual, social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth. This teacher will plan engaging lessons, build strong relationships with students and families, and support the mission and values of the school or parish.

Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field. State teaching certification and/or diocesan certification preferred. Experience teaching or working with preschool-aged children. Practicing Catholic preferred; commitment to modeling and supporting Catholic values required. Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and classroom management skills. Creativity, patience, and a passion for fostering the growth of young children. Completion of diocesan Safe Environment training and required background checks.
