Need to have (JD):

• Design or Manufacturing Engineering backgrounds (strong in one and familiar with the other)
• Willingness to learn robotics hardware and software
• Ability and willingness to work in office and shop
• Ability to read and understand prints
• Tooling and Fixtures knowledge
• Ability to use robotics simulation software and simple programming logic, teaching robots
• Creative technical problem-solving capability
• Ability to research and explore many options in this field
• Experimental capability to arrive at the optimum solution
• Detail oriented, work with other departments
• Strong Engineering Design Background with Exposure to Refrigeration component design
• Good exposure to different processes like NPD, VAVE, FMEA, DFMA etc.
• Exposure to product development cycle like Concept generation, Design Calculation, 3D CAD generation, Design Validation, 2D Manufacturing drawings with GD&T application, Tolerance stack-up, FMEA, Prototype production and the testing processes
• Exposure to Refrigeration valve design / System design is preferred
• Fluent written and oral communication skills
• Team handling capability and managing the project

Nice to have
- Exposure to DFSS and related process will be added advantage
