** The Enterprise Physical Operations, Infrastructure, Capital Programs & Real Estate (EPO) department at WashU provides integrated operational, infrastructure, planning, and facility services that support the university’s mission of excellence in education, research, patient care, and community engagement.

Project Managers support and lead facilities and capital projects from early planning through completion, ensuring alignment with departmental project delivery processes and institutional priorities. Serving as the owner’s representative, they coordinate construction activities and designs, gather and refine project requirements, and maintain thorough documentation throughout the project lifecycle.#

Duties & Responsibilities:
** Work can include organizing and facilitating project meetings, monitoring budgets and schedules, and ensuring compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and institutional standards. Project Managers communicate effectively with stakeholders, provide guidance on architectural and building systems, and escalate or resolve issues to support successful project outcomes. As project complexity increases, they take on broader oversight, integrate input from campus partners, and recommend effective solutions that balance quality, schedule, and institutional goals.
